About this Role

As we continue to grow nationally and expand our international footprint, we’re seeking an exceptional Chief Operations Officer to join our executive leadership team.

As COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping BEC’s next phase of growth – driving operational excellence, developing scalable systems, and empowering high-performing teams across the business. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, people-centred, commercially minded leader to make a significant impact in a fast-scaling consultancy.

Your key responsibilities will include:
