David Street Townhouses, Burpengary

Project No: 6760

BE Collective were commissioned by a return client to provide structural, hydraulic, civil, and stormwater engineering, as well as construction phase support,  for a 28-townhouse development, located close to the main business district of Burpengary, QLD.

Construction phase challenges, including changes from the levels and drainage, all the way to the finish, were managed through close cooperative problem solving with the contractor and site superintendent.  The project was successfully delivered and practical completion was achieved in late 2018.

BE Collective has been further engaged by the consultant to assist on multiple other projects of various sizes, in a range of different multi-discipline capacities. We take pride in the fact that a large portion of our business comes from return customers.
