South Headland Landscaping

sth1

Project no. 6064

Landscaping works to improve the Port Hedland area were undertaken as part of a community partnership with BHP. Included among this were shade structures, and a decorative plate steel retaining wall within a retaining wall that was designed to accommodate vehicular impact. Detailing of the steelwork had to be appropriate to the considerable distances that the steelwork would have to be transported, as well as integrating the architect’s vision of the space.
