BE Collective is proud to have provided ESD services in support of a 17 hectare high-density, mixed-use development concept in the heart of Bangkok, master planned by The Buchan Group.
The Buchan concept featured 1.5 million sq metres of office, hotel, residential, cultural and retail space, whilst still incorporating around 5 hectares of public green space.
BE Collective was tasked with optimising ESD outcomes with reference to world’s best practice, and we focused on achieving a net positive position on sustainability aspects to improve live-ability both in and around the development (refer to the Living Building Challenge).
Our efforts drew the attention of the Australian Green Development Forum (AGDF) who recently invited BE Collective’s John Tuxworth to present a case study at the first Green Speed Learning Forum (GLSF) of 2016.
