About you:

We are looking for a Senior Civil Project Manager (Contract) to join our client-side site-based Project Management team. You’ll have:

  • Senior Civil Works supervision & road construction experience, supervising multiple teams, locations & disciplines
  • Min 10 years experience in civil / road infrastructure project management
  • Engineering or PM qualifications (a distinct advantage)
  • Management / Project Management experience within the LGA sector
  • Detailed knowledge & procedural competence relating to project delivery & civil construction methodologies
  • Commitment for deployment of up to 24 months (including routine back-to-base travel & allowances)
  • Excellent written & oral communication (& comprehension) skills
  • A strategic approach to task completion
  • Ability to work autonomously & remotely within a geographically widespread team structure/support
  • Experience managing small & large teams supporting local government project delivery
  • A genuine commitment to safety & promotion of a safe-work culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An ability & interest in mentoring younger professionals
