BE Collective provided stormwater management and engineering services in support of this new development comprising 35 new townhouses across three existing allotments.
Working closely with the Department of Main Roads, BE Collective designed shallow below-ground detention basins positioned under concrete pavements in order to mitigate peak post-development flows.
