BEC: At the Forefront of Sustainability

#BEC is proud to be constantly at the forefront of sustainable development, especially across Building Services & energy efficiency consultancy services.

Our Team supported Certified Energy and Johnson Controls, to replace an outdated HVAC system at 300 Adelaide St. The 20,000m2 commercial building is some 30-years old with the HVAC system including a massive, highly-inefficient 2.5m turbine. The new system featured 7 smaller more efficient fans, saving significant energy & reducing the building’s carbon foot print while keeping the buildings’ tenants cool & comfortable. The BE structures team, as part of our multi-disciplinary offering, designed & certified the framing of the new fans & base structure connections.

Get in touch with us to see how we can help with upgrading your HVAC systems.
