Two men in California have been charged with running an engineering firm scam, spanning 12 years and hundreds of buildings.
The pair have no engineering qualifications and were using stolen software. Investigations regarding the structural integrity of the buildings are ongoing, it’s likely that at least some will have to be demolished.
