BEC Heads To Nyngan Tigers Sponsors Day

As a part of BEC’s Wide World of Sports programme, & our corporate social responsibility to the communities in which we work, live & play, we are proud to continue our sponsorship of the Nyngan Tigers.

Nyngan Tigers are the local Rugby League team in Bogan Shire, NSW, where BEC has been working with Council for some time. The senior teams include 1st & Reserve Grades, under 19s, & also Ladies League – who all play for the Peter McDonald Premiership.

Each year, the Club holds a day for all sponsors to get together & celebrate whilst enjoying 4 senior competition games.

This year our Brad Head (Director) & Connor Vincent (Programme Manager) attended & enjoyed the Round 15 games vs. local rivals Dubbo CYMS at Larkin Oval. Unfortunately, Dubbo dominated, winning all four divisions. Nonetheless, we are of course proud of Nyngan Tiger’s efforts throughout the Premiership, especially for their headlining NSWRL match against the Wellington Cowboys.

Sporting clubs, like the Nyngan Tigers, are vital in maintaining positive social fabric within a community, promoting connection, resilience, & a pride of place –particularly when a community may have faced significant challenges.

Go the Tigers!
