  • 25m Indoor Learn-to-Swim pool
  • 20m warm-water pool
  • Splash pad & outdoor water play areas

A landmark redevelopment transforming a former granite quarry in Keperra, QLD, into a 48.7 hectar master planned residential community. Our team provided multi-disciplinary enginering services for the community’s ClubQ precinct, including: 

  • Structural 
  • ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Design)
  • Building Services
  • Civil Enginering
