BE Collective provided stormwater management and engineering services in support of a stylish new development comprising 33 new apartments over 7 storeys, and featuring some ground floor commercial space. Located about 10 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, the building takes full advantage of the street front access to Lutwyche road, and features some minimalist architectural façade work.
Our extensive civil works offering included bulk fill and excavation documentation, incorporation of associated DA requirements, and operational works documentation.
With BE Collective’s expert help, the building was completed in late 2015.
