We’d Make Great Pets

Fur-Babies! Need to live with them – can’t live without them! So, why wouldn’t you want to bring them to the office instead of sending them to dogy-day-care? Not only are BEC offices pet friendly, the team are encouraged to bring their special little ‘Mini-Me’ to pitch in at work!

See the rogue’s gallery of 4-legged BEC furry-friends here…

ABC News explains there are increasing HR programs promoting pets in the workplace, due to improved staff productivity, increased collaboration, & alleviation of stress. Companies like RACT trialled an initiative called “Furry Friday” – but expanded it to five-days a week due to requests from staff on hybrid work arrangements. RACT operated a dog roster to manage which pooches coming came in on a given day.

Some employees stated that they experienced a range of benefits from having dogs in the office, particularly in relation to stress reduction & connectivity with other hoomans.

What do you think about bringing pets to work? Would you want to be able to bring your pet, or get to cuddle someone else’s?
