Aspley Hornets AFC Redevelopment

horn1

Project No. 5885

Indicative capital cost: $2.5 million

The existing club was built in 1964 and developed primarily as a junior club, serving the communities of Aspley, Carseldine and developing areas now known as Bridgeman Downs, Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Bracken Ridge and Brendale.

Our role on this project was to design and coordinate the structural and civil services. The project was cost sensitive, so every effort was made to reduce the expense in each trade without sacrificing the quality. To that intent, BE Collective proposed a combination of new & reused structural steel members with possible re-allocation to different areas.

We know that the key to all refurbishment or fit out work is to be actively involved in the ‘information hunt’.  We have found that by being proactive in searching for information, we position our client in a favourable position.
