This Fletcher Parade home is of post war construction, with several alterations & additions over the years. Our structural contribution for the project was inspection, design & documentation to facilitate restumping, reconfiguration of the interior, and the addition of living spaces to the front & rear of the home.
Previous additions had left the plumbing & drainage for the home non compliant with BCC standards. The BE Collective team surveyed the existing, redesigned and documented the plumbing, drainage and structural works to be in compliance with the standards.
