As part of an ongoing refurbishment and development programme, this existing fast-food outlet was provided with a new kitchen and internal fitout. BE Collective facilitated the installation of new services, structural remedial works, and also new signage and facade treatment. The new signage sits atop a suspened slab above basement parking and thus forensic investigations were required to establish load bearing capacity. Ongoing works across multiple restaurants contributes significantly to BE Collective’s hospitality portfolio.
