Rufus & Arthur Sts, Blackwater

Project no. 6210

BE Collective undertook civil design for this new townhouse development at Blackwater in Central Queensland. The town has recently grown considerably due to the mining boom, however accommodation options are far behind demand. Stormwater management was achieved via dual outlet rainwater tanks, and concrete pavements were adopted due to the highly reactive soils.
